Open with one loss path

After a failure, the operator needs to show which controls ran, which action occurred, and what remains unknown. We want to test which of those facts help an underwriter or claims reviewer make a better decision.” STABLE

Who does what?

Discovery that leads to a test

- What decision would change if one runtime fact became verifiable?
- What evidence is already collected, and what adds work to submission or bind?
- Who can review a representative packet and reject it if it is unhelpful?
- What result would justify a next pilot, and what result would stop one?
