The VERIFY checklist

This is the consolidated, actionable to-do list of every volatile specific in the wiki — the things you must confirm against an official source before relying on them. Nothing here is asserted as fact; each row points you to where to get the real answer. (The registry of sources is in ../../sources.md.)

Rule: any concrete number — dollars, hours, # of questions, %, passing score, statute citation, deadline, case status — is VERIFY until checked against an official source. When in doubt, downgrade: prefer VERIFY over a confident wrong number.

  1. Pick a section below.
  2. For each row, open the official source and record the answer + the date you checked.
  3. Re-verify periodically — these change.

J. Volume 2 — Inference Re (draft-brochure & KB specifics)

Section titled “J. Volume 2 — Inference Re (draft-brochure & KB specifics)”

Volume 2 is grounded in a draft brochure, a positioning checklist, and internal KB notes — every date, count, price, cite, and statistic below is tier iii of the claim taxonomy: never assert as current fact.

# Verify Official source Page
J1 Demo Day date — and every other program/submission date in the draft application Current Lloyd’s Lab correspondence + program owner (ask Joe) Claim taxonomy
J2 Design-partner count (a point-in-time standing claim from a draft) Current pipeline / commercial materials (ask Joe) Claim taxonomy
J3 ISO 42001 control-coverage statistics — “a majority of controls” is the ceiling until re-checked against a current assessment Current mapping-engine assessment output Composite case study
J4 Self-serve pricing strings and packaging — published tier figures are brand-kit copy, not a live price list Current commercial/pricing materials (ask Joe) Pricing conversation
J5 Litigation cites (Sharp HealthCare; Washington v. Sutter Health) — names, status, disposition Court dockets (PACER / state courts) Why healthcare first
J6 Patent status — claimed IP is not granted IP; filing status changes USPTO records + patent counsel Claim taxonomy
J7 Corgi Insurance funding figure (reported ≈$108M) + the dedicated-AI-MGA entrant landscape it signals Funding announcements / press at time of use The unpriced risk

(Resolved and retired from this list: the OVERT acronym expansion. Canonical is the brand kit’s “Observable Verification Evidence for Runtime Trust”; the draft brochure’s “Open Verifiable Evidence at Runtime” is a known erratum — see What OVERT is.)
