Every producer exam = General portion + State portion
Section titled “Every producer exam = General portion + State portion”- The General portion is essentially the same nationwide because the NAIC standardizes it. This is the durable content — sections 04–08 of this wiki. STABLE
- The State portion is the laws and rules of one state (WA, CA, or NY). The concepts (unfair trade practices, commissioner powers, licensing rules) are portable; the specific numbers and citations are VERIFY — sections 09–11. STABLE
The general portion decomposes into lines
